At CobasCreative, every piece is created with care, intention, and a whole lot of heart. Many of our items are personalized to celebrate special moments, people, and memories—and we truly want you to love what you receive.
Because each custom item is made just for you, we’ve created the policy below to keep things clear and fair for everyone.
Custom & Personalized Orders
For personalized items, we take an extra step to make sure everything is just right.
- When applicable, you will receive a proof via email before we begin production
- Please review all details carefully, including spelling, dates, and design choices
Once your proof is approved, your item goes into production.
Because of the custom nature of these pieces, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds after approval and production have begun.
If Something Isn’t Right
Your experience matters to us, and we stand behind the quality of our work.
If we make a mistake (such as an engraving error or defect), we will absolutely make it right.
- Please contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item taken right after opening
Once reviewed, we will:
- Replace the item at no cost to you, or
- Offer a solution that feels fair and reasonable
Damaged Packages
We carefully package each order, but occasionally shipping issues can happen.
If your item arrives damaged:
- Take photos immediately upon opening
- Reach out to us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos
We’ll take care of you and work toward a quick resolution.
Non-Personalized Items (if applicable)
For items that are not customized:
- Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Order Changes & Cancellations
We understand plans can change.
- Changes or cancellations are allowed before proof approval and production begin
- Once your item is in production, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order
A Quick Note on Approved Proofs
We truly do our best to double-check everything before sending your proof, but final approval is in your hands.
CobasCreative is not responsible for errors that were approved in the final proof, including spelling, dates, or design selections.
We always recommend taking a quick extra moment to review everything carefully before approving.
